Went to a pet shop around Sixth Avenue to help my sis's friend (Jonathan) to clean up the pet shop that he's working at. That place is like a mini SPCA!
They have:
DOGS FOR SALE
- 2 Schnauzer puppies, female (sisters)
- 1 Long-haired chihuahua puppy
- 2 Chihuahua puppies that're so tiny, they kept trembling
DOGS THAT WERE ABANDONED/ABUSED:
- 1 Labrador, male, super huge (His owner fed him stuff like chicken rice which made his fur drop)
- 3 Golden Retrievers, females (One has birth defect with bladder, one was abused, another was abandoned)
- 1 Pure white husky with black eyes puppy, male (Was up for adoption, but taken already)
- 1 Jack Russell, male (Abandoned)
- 1 Old Pitbull Terrier, female
- ONE FIVE YEARS OLD MALE PEKEGINESE!!!! UP FOR ADOPTION!
The purpose of us going there was to check out the Pekeginese, and we wanted to adopt it, but my parents object and so yeah....
Those dogs are hilarious, but they poop and pee all around the place. And they'll poop again after we clean it up (with much effort).
Walked the Labrador (Bo) around the neighbourhood and I saw a Dalmation! ALL THESE ANGMOHS AH! KEEP POOR XINGXING (Gorilla) THE PEKEGINESE LEH!:(
I really want to work at the pet shop, even if I'd stink of shit. Those animals there are so innocent, so pure, and they aren't judgemental like humans. They don't give you serious attitude problems just because you did something wrong. They won't change their loyalty towards you just because you aren't able to spend enough time with them. And if you accidentally hurt them (eg cut their flesh instead of nails)they'll just bark in pain (hmmm depends on the breed), and they forgive and forget.
Dogs are indeed mankind's best friend.

The start of my J2 year was like shit.
1) Friends who inject fun into my school life retained, argh.
2) Endless MSA dates that're confirmed. And as usual, I didn't study. C'MON LAH IT WAS HOLIDAYS, CAN MOE GIVE US A BREAK, HOLIDAYS ARE CALLED HOLIDAYS FOR A REASON.
3) My PE is in the afternoon. AHHHH THE WEATHER.
I totally do not look forward to A levels. I can imagine myself crying when I do all the math questions. Pulling my hair out when I memorise econs and chem. And feeling exhausted from all the essay writing for music (ah this is not as bad as math at least).
And the worst part is, my friends who retained won't be there with us. School life is seriously gonna be like shit this year.
I know one year will pass by real soon, but am I really prepared to face it? And what if I am not? Argh, seriously, let me be an amoeba. Just do binary fission all day HA.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, not even 1/12 through 2009 and I can already predict that I will hate it.

When we PMS, it can ruin a lot of relationships. And sometimes, we cannot use PMS as an excuse to store it back.

Today is the end of my sweet sixteen (disgusting term) and the start of seventeen.
I am so cursed to have promos results released on my birthday. In a sense, I guess my birthday luck helped me because I promote, thankfully.
But overall, it was a sucky birthday because the atmosphere in school was so...awkward. With people crying because they did badly etc. My celebratory mood just disappeared as time passes.
Econs results made me pissed off like fuck, put in so much effort still get such stupid grades. I wanna slap myself for not putting examples inside.
Nonetheless, I've got real sweet friends who spent time preparing presents or sorts despite worrying for the release of promos results. Thank you all my dearest friends, you know who you are:D
Spent my whole afternoon eating at Pizzahut with Weishun (soulmate soulmate soulmate!). Talk cock like mad, no one understands me as well as you!:D
Sometimes I wonder how many real friends I made throughout my life, and actually I think, it's less than ten for sure. Or maybe five. Sounds little, but I am contented.
I wouldn't ask for more. I have a great family who loves me, great real friends who are always there for me, putting a smile on my face on the darkest days. Situational friends who now and then make me happy, but at least we are friends before.
I love all the presents I've got, filled with sincerity and sweetness haha. Like how Joel's cheese cake cheered me up after I got back my dismal econs results. And Eve's photos/notes that made me even happier after eating the cheese cake HAHAHA.
I love the sunflowers and Stevie Wonder's [Innervision] album too. Bet you took ages digging it out at HMV. That freaking album was produced in 1973! HAHAHA, LOVE IT A LOT.
